I'm used to doing the same old makeup every day.eyeliner, mascara. and this light purple metallic color stick ?

I have blue/green eyes.

please help :]I'm used to doing the same old makeup every day.eyeliner, mascara. and this light purple metallic color stick ?
ok, the purple needs to go.

use bare minerals concealor, and try smash box eye liner.

go for either the smoky look by doing a little bit of black eye shadow, with brown on top, or go for a natural look by doing gold or shear eye shadow.

mascara is always a good idea.

and a lil bronzer wouldn't kill ya either.I'm used to doing the same old makeup every day.eyeliner, mascara. and this light purple metallic color stick ?
use revlon beyond natural foundation

Best makeup for a purple dress?

My senior formal is coming up next Saturday and I want to know what hair, make-up, and jewelry would look best on me. Preferably, I'd also like to look a little bit older. (I'm 17, but because of my height and weight, a lot of people think I'm 15, or sometimes even younger!)

My dress and I can be viewed here: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3321/3177鈥?/a>

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Pictures of examples would also be amazing.Best makeup for a purple dress?
you already look 17. gold would be a great accent to the dress and with your coloring. delicate hoop or dangle earrings with a bracelet and ring would look lovely. do a black clutch and either black pumps or gold sandals.

as for makeup, id reccomend a soft silver smokey eye with a pale lip. it will compliment the dress without being super makeup-y.

you should go with some golden, neutral shades for makeup. put on your normal cover-up, or if you have no spots or very even, nice skin, put on some skin luminizer. its a cream that makes your face glow basically. add some light pink blush. for eyeshadow just go with a golden shade.

for hair i think a good idea would be to either do it yourself if you have a curling iron or go to a salon, and ask for loose curls. thats because your hair is short and you wouldnt want it to look too shirley temple-ly. if you curl it yourself use a maybe one inch barrel, then after use some mousse, but a kind that will keep your hair soft, like herbal essences set me up. it smells great too.

for jewelry i think its best to go without any necklace, maybe a pair of big [fake] diamond studs for earrings and a cool ring.

i hope this works well with you =]
I agree with most that a grey smokey eye would look great.

If you are looking for a bit more unique of a look- I would go with a green colored eye shadow.

THIS ONE IS MY FAVORITE: http://www.temptalia.com/looks-super-smoky-black-green-and-gold-eye

It will give a little unexpected twist to your makeup! I also think gold would look great as far as accessories go.
well dark purple eyeshadow or a pretty silver or even brown would look good a really thin dark eyeliner and curl your hair if its not already curly and nice Diamonds would really make you look older.

pretty dress by the way
You should try some grey shades of eyeshadow with some black liner. I think that would look great!

Your hair looks great straight, but hair that length usually looks great curled!

For jewelry, wear a simple silver (to match your eyeshadow) necklace.
Hair-down and scrunched for a flirty look and updo to show off your shoulders

Makeup-sparkly purple silver eyeshadow and mascara and lipgloss and eyeliner

Jewelry-hoops if your leave your hair down and studs if you make an updo
grey, silver, black, smokey eye, or just a natural shimmery eyeshadow with black eyeliner and black mascara and a pink or clear gloss.
black and silver smokey eye

nude lip

this will tell u exactly how to get a perfect smokey look!

Gold would look good with that dress. Both jewelry and makeup. I think you look older than 17 already.
ok, go onto youtube and type makeup tutorials or Pancea31. she's a great person with makeup.
i would do a smoky eye, it'd be really sexy and sultry with such a deep purple tone.
your hair should be down with curls, and pink lip gloss.
a dark grey smokey eye :)
I think for makeup you should have:

Tip: Jewel tones and deep shimmer look extra dramatic with your coloring.

Cheecks: A peachy blush with a touch of sparkle-applied just under your cheekbones with a slightly lighter coloe above it-it gives your skin a believable glow. Try: Victoria's Secret Very Sexy Makeup Blush/Highlighter Duo in Backstage, for $18 in victoriasecret.com (optional). http://i158.photobucket.com/albums/t116/鈥?/a>

Eyes: A cool navy liner is a great constract to your warm skin. Use it to trace along you top lashes and bottom inner rims. TryL Rimmel London Spark It Up! in Lapis for $5 in drugstores (oprional). http://trend911.com/wp-content/navyliner鈥?/a>

Lips: Punch up your natural lip color by applying an apricot gloss-it will loo neutral againest your skin so your eyes stay the focal point. Try Mabelline New York ShineSeduction Lipcolor in Apricot Aura, for $8 in drugstores (optional).http://beaut.ie/blog/wp-content/uploads/鈥?/a>

Purple prom dress...what makeup?

I just got a dress that's plum and has gold and silver bead details and I was wondering what color eyeliner, mascara, and eyeshadow should I wear? I already know I'm getting gold shoes and accessories. Please give me some ideas. Here's my dress:

http://www.zum-zum.com/Dress.aspx?category=52%26amp;all=false%26amp;product=196%26amp;pos=0%26amp;allText=#Purple prom dress...what makeup?
-For your eyeshadow smoky topaz color. It's golden, yet a little darker. If not, try an amethyst color. Try wearing them both for the best look.

-For your mascara, go with the classic black color. It will be too overdone with any other color.

-Your eyeliner would look nice either gold or black. The gold is more glam, but the black will make your eyeshadow shade pop out.

I hope I helped you! Have a great time at your prom, with any makeup you wear, you'll probably look awesome!Purple prom dress...what makeup?
hm, I would say to start off with a light base if you are going to use any foundation, concealer, and such.

as well, try to not do so much of a heavy face as a subtle make-up look.

try to do, if not, a thin layer of eyeliner right above the lashes. any color works, yet try not to go with jet black. even a soft, nuded brown would work if your lashes were slightly lighter or if your skin town is pale.

as well, try to make your mascara not long but defined so that your lashes are curled and such

dont forget that shadow accents your eyes, so use a nude color that pops. for brown eyes, its olive. for green eyes, its pink. for blue eyes, try a bronze. as well, for hazel, try a gold or just a shimmer.

if you are going to have gold shoes and accesories, try not to use gold on your makeup
Since you have a bold color on your dress already i dont suggest going too bold on the eyes unless its a soft smokey eye. Because you already have gold shoes and accessories i advice not to use gold on your eyes. you dont want to match everything you want something to look good while standing out. a softer look would look best with some type of nude lip. enhance your look with MAC mineralize skin finish, soft tho, dont go over with it either. I think a soft smokey eye would look best. if you are not into that then a smokey black liner MAC eye khol and a soft dark gray eye shadow blending to a soft subtle look with a blending brush. Dont do a purple eye either, for mascara i recommend MAC zoom lash
i say you try dark eyes, since your dress is quite bright.

go for smokey golden, gray, charcoal tones and apply them darker at the tips of your eyes and lighter at the top.

put on black eyeliner, again heavier at the ends and lighter all around the eye (top and bottom)

put on a couple coats of black mascara and your good to go.
I would go with the original black eyeliner and mascara, and I think a gold tint of eyeshadow would look good. Also, some pink blush would look cute too.
Julie is awesome!! ---http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k0enTt3ze鈥?/a>
okay black mascara

gold eyeshadow

and the eyeliner watever
gold eyeshadow wit purple blended into it
A black smokey eye would look really nice.

That's what I think. :)

  • Light Purple Dress, Blue eyes, makeup help!?

I have a light purple ball gown prom dress. I have fair skin with a pink undertone. Dark brown hair and grey/blue eyes.

How should I do my eye makeup? Browns?

http://www.simplydresses.com/shop/viewit鈥?/a> DressLight Purple Dress, Blue eyes, makeup help!?
I'd go with natural browns for the eyeshadows, in a smokey-esque form. But not entirely. I'd use a plum liner, with a dark brown mascara.Light Purple Dress, Blue eyes, makeup help!?
I think the dress is lovely!! I would go with a light peurple shadow on the lid, white on the brow bone, a purple on the crease and a really dark purple(plum colored)on the outer corner. Also use liquid eyeliner on the top lash line, nothing on the bottom, A mascara that makes your lashes longer, not thicker, i would advise lash stiletto by maybelline, some foundation and pressedpowder. To match your dreaa, paint your nails lavender, put light sparkles in your hair, some on your chest, and some on your cheek bone. Hope i helped!
thats areally cute dress by the way but i think you should put a smokey eye shown in the sources box below that explains how to do it. than go with a peachy plum lipstick to bring out your lovelyeyes and to soften up the eyeshadow.then use the darkest black gel eyeliner that you can get (gel eyeliner from bobby brown is the best) then touch it up with false lashes you can get at a drugstore then for extra add loreal double extend 2 step mascara ! the mascara really makes your lashes look full and long then add a touch of plum blush and your good to go! hope that helps!
I would defiantly go with browns...

Try a medium shade on the lid of your eye

A dark shade in the crease

and a sheer shimmer to sweep from your crease to your brows to add some extra definition.

(pretty dress by the way and your eye color is a amazing)

Colors of makeup to use with lavender/light purple eyeshadow (liner, mascara, gloss etc) 10 points best answer?

I am fair skinned (neutral/warm undertone), green eyes, dirty/gold blonde hair. The shadow is light purple and only on my lids, none on the crease. Any ideas? I'd like it to be fun but fairly natural. thanks in advanceColors of makeup to use with lavender/light purple eyeshadow (liner, mascara, gloss etc) 10 points best answer?
First want to let you know, great choice of eyeshadow colors, this colors bring out the green tones from your eyes. Now don't use a dark purple on eyelids use a soft lilac and u can blend it in with an eye shimmering powder, you can use a color shimmering powder or just the one that will go with any color of eyeshadow you may use in the future. For the eyeliner I suggest you use a medium brown to light brown liner and blend it don't just leave it dark and defined (always blend) for lips use a lip liner, can be a light purple color, no its not going to look purple, line your lips and make little lines on lips then with the lip gloss just blend and lips will look very natural.... trust me I wear that all the time... secret here is to blend, blend....Good luck.Colors of makeup to use with lavender/light purple eyeshadow (liner, mascara, gloss etc) 10 points best answer?
because your fair skinned, a black eyeliner would wash you out. i would try a smokey brown or a dark gray color instead. Gray would look nice with the eyeshadow.

    try:

black mascara will make your eyes pop.

black mascara with curled eyelashes.. make the shadow fade from hte outside in use black liner on the upper water line all the way to the crease to make it look like your lashes extend to there.then use a little mascara on the bottom lashes just to see that theyre trheyr. and then use a vary small linee of liner but dont make it look like a line. make it look natural !
Liner: An espresso brown color would look nice, or if you're feeling more adventurous, navy. Black always works too.

    Mascara: I'd do classic black.

Gloss: Since you want something natural, try a peachy nude lip gloss. I would try to find something with nice, saturated color though so you don't look washed out.

Blush: You didn't mention blush, but a bright peach color would be pretty.

    Good luck!
I think an espresso brown eyeliner would look great, especially with green eyes. And black mascara. Always. I really don't like any other color mascara no matter what occasion it is. A light pink or coral blush would look great as well as a pink gloss.

Since you're putting light purple on your lid, I'd go with a plum or dark purple on your crease and outer corner. I'd also brush some white on your brow bone. Such a subtle yet perfect look.
I think you should stick with a black eye liner and mascara it will go nicely with the Lavender. As for gloss it'd go with just a nice clear gloss. If you keep it simple it will look natural. Have fun :)
A little bit of black liner, some mascara and maybe a baby pink lipgloss.

Can anyone tell me the name of an adult movie that has aliens in green skin makeup with purple hair? need?

    Ha ha, that sounds funny

Im wearing a purple sparkly dress to a friend's 21st what makeup?

Smokey eye with a pink lip is a perfect going out look.Im wearing a purple sparkly dress to a friend's 21st what makeup?
How about brown as the base and purple as a highlight. I like Mary Kay's Purples.

Go to my website and do a Virtual make over and try different looks. Have fun trying out different looks.

    Have fun at the party.
do a little bit of sparkles some eye shadow eye liner and some mascara and a soft lip stick( not bright)
Well...if your wearing that dress with purple shoes....

I think your eye color should be purple.

So it could match with your shoes.

TRUST me...it'll look great on you.

My aunt is a make-up artist, so I know what looks good!

    hoped this helped=)
I would wear some cute silver eyeshadow on your top lid and line your bottom eyelid with a blue pencil to make your eyes pop (the dress seems blue to me, not purple that's why I said blue. If the dress is purple, then wear purple.) Then wear some clear or pink-tinted gloss. Links to the makeup are below.
ooo pretty i would say either matalic silver, or black would go nicely and pink so what i would do is highlight the inner eye (tear duct) and the top right under the brow and then for the real base color myself i would pick all black like eyeshadow mascara and eyeliner with aq wink but if you dont want black again i would choose like liquid silver or pink plain shadow or liquid kinda shadow thats pink and then to compliment the dress big dangling earrings or hoops and hugs pumps would go perfect with that dress i really hop you do this it sounds just perfect please!!! go foe hope I helped BYE!!!
maybe like glittery/silvery/metallic eye shadow :D
You dont want to look like a Pink TACO Suprise sooooo....here it goes Pink dress...will go fantastic with olive skin i presume dark hair but that's just a persuasion...stick to SIMPLE...very pale tan shadow taht is almost the exact color of skin then lightly rub in a brownish blk eyeshadow right into the lash line...no mami i dont wanna see LINER i want to see natural..then curl lashes and adorn them with separating mascara and finish off with light pink peach blush on just the apples of the cheek and a lil gloss on the lips...keep a simple hair style too it aint ure B day Mami so keep it nice n simple.
